You now can broadcast an email to all the members of this network at once. It goes to their regular emails.
You can also ban a members should the need arise.

I am in California visiting my family. I had no internet connection for awhile....OH NO....withdrawel!
Anyway I got a connection this morning and changed the dates for the yard sale and auction on the website and the network community. I will be back home in Alaska Aug. 8th
I can still do things from here...just won't be online as much as I am in Anchorage.
I am sorry I will not be able to make some of these events and the meeting in Aug.

Have you been to the site she did for our new book? http://whenourtroopscome.ning.com/ This will give you an idea of the kind of things we can do with the post site.

We are working on tutorial videos to explain to folks how to get around on these sites. They can be a bit intimidating at first.

I think this can be a great resource for staying in communication especially with the ladies auxiliary if members will use it. Emails are not shared but can email within the network. If you like once the ladies join I can make you an administrator and you will be able to send announcements all at once. We can do this by adding a group just for the ladies on this site.
Let's see if folks will use it.

What is your interest in VFW Post 9981?

I am the Ladies Auxiliary President for the VFW Post 9981. I have been for the last 5 6 7 years. who knows along time that is all I know..... I enjoy it so very much. We have a great bunch of ladies that are always there to lend a helping hand.
I have been with this VFW since 1992. My folks have been with this Post since 1986. Ida and Chuck Mullican. I love helping Veterans that is the most rewarding thing to me. Great service with a big smile.

Ladies Aux. Meetings

Our meetings are 1st Thursday of every month and start at 6:00pm. Without each and every one of you we could not make our Post what it is today. I care for each and everyone of you and hope to see you at one our meetings or at our Post enjoying one of our fun events.
